For many, time and energy is literally what pays the bills 💵

And where we focus that energy can make or break how we feel day to day—mentally, physically, and spiritually.

So, how do we make sure our energy is actually going somewhere that feels good for us?

🧠Think of your mind as a social media feed. The more you focus on something, the more it shows up. If you’re constantly focusing on things that stress you out, your mental feed will just keep bringing you more of that.

So why not try to give some screen time to thoughts that inspire you? You deserve a headspace that feels lighter, where you’re focusing on things that fuel your goals, growth, or joy.

👤Your body picks up on everything you’re putting your attention on. If you’re spreading yourself too thin or stressing over things that aren’t serving you, your body feels that. TRUST me—it does.

Make sure you’re investing in things that bring balance. Get moving, get resting—whatever it is that feels good for you. Protect your energy so your body can stay at its best.
